This is the 3rd session of the Network Knowledge Series! Take just 15 to 30 minutes to learn simple mindfulness techniques that can help you pause, reset, and regain focus during your busy workday. In this session, you'll learn easy, practical practices to calm your mind, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being—no special equipment needed. Whether you're facing a hectic schedule or need a mental break, these mindful moments will help you stay centered, energized, and ready to tackle your day with clarity and calm. Every network knowledge series will be accompanied with a handout or packet of resources to support further learning on the respective topic.
