Course Description:
Join us for an energizing kickoff meeting for the next cohort of the The Holistic Professional learning pathway! The Holistic Professional Learning Pathway is a 9 week commitment with a maximum of 2 hours of work per week. Each week you will progress through a self-paced module that guides you through learning materials on a given topic. This is your opportunity to embark on a transformative journey, where you’ll explore essential concepts like professional communication, conflict management, teamwork, and problem-solving, and more! The primary target for this training program is individuals in their early career, looking to develop critical professional skills that will serve them long term. This online kickoff meeting will set you up for success on this learning pathway ensuring you are comfortable with all tools and resources. If you are located on campus you are STRONGLY encouraged to attend the in person kickoff meeting which is listed separately on the training calendar. Consider signing up for that offering!
