Course Description:

A new semester is fast approaching and that means a lot of hiring and a lot of onboarding. Refresh on the onboarding processes employees receive and best practices for tracking and managing employee completion. This session will focus how to navigate the onboarding process by having an understanding of the entire onboarding process; tracking onboarding tasks; what tasks are required for employees and volunteers; and more. The target audience is primarily administrative assistants who will be responsible for ensuring department employees complete onboarding. This training session will be held via Microsoft Teams. The Teams link will be provided closer to the session to those who are registered.
