Course Description:
Are you stepping into supervision for the first time and wishing it came with a handbook?
Already supervising but feel like you're missing foundational skills?
Join us for this hybrid learning pathway where we will combine live in person workshops, online calls, and on demand learning content to help develop your managerial toolkit. We will cover key topics like navigating the transition from team member to supervisor, strategic time management for your expanding responsibilities, essential supervision practices specific to the UNR environment, tools to build your confidence and to earn and maintain your team's trust, and more.
This program is a 6 week commitment. You will be required to attend the in person workshops and complete a certificate program through Academic Impressions in order to complete this pathway.
