Course Description:
This Employee Relations Retreat is designed to elevate your expertise and empower you to thrive in the employee relations function of your role. Two dates are being offered for greater flexibility. Participants should only attend one session.
This immersive retreat will equip you with the tools to:
• Provide high level support and policy interpretation to leadership.
• Strengthen your comfort in navigating the gray areas in employee relations issues.
• Continue to build a strong working relationship with BCN HR.
Expect:
• Interactive workshops and scenarios to apply what you have learned to real-world situations.
• Expert-led sessions from experienced HR professionals.
• Opportunities to connect with colleagues and build a support network.
