Course Description:
Take the next step in your HR knowledge and develop your ability to think like an HR rep. Do you find yourself going back and forth between HR and Faculty? Struggling to track down all the information you need when you need it? Then this is the training for you! The employment specialist series is designed as a next step to the Workday HCM series. We will build on the foundational knowledge of general employee types and policies to delve deeper into specific cases to determine what you can do to streamline your own workflow. You will be asked to review materials refreshing your knowledge of these basic concepts prior to this session which will inform this discussion based training.
