Course Description: The objective of this training is that by the end of today you will have a better understanding of how to navigate conflictive conversations and situations within your department. The Proactive Coaching training that is provided on a monthly basis is the prerequisite for this course as we are building off of the information and practice from that training. This training is also capped at 20 attendees, as we once again have interactive components to this training which will happen throughout. Minimum of four attendees required due to the nature of the group activities in the training, training may be cancelled if this minimum requirement is not met. Microsoft Teams invite will be sent the business day prior.
