Course Description: Join us for a comprehensive training designed for Search Chairs and Hiring Managers looking to enhance their leadership skills. This training will consist of an overview of identifying available resources to assist in the search process; recognizing your responsibilities as the Search Chair and/or Hiring Manager; develop your skills leading the search and screening process including building a rubric, leading interviews, screening process and negotiating compensation. This training is required for Search Chairs and Hiring Managers.
