Course Description:
Save our Supervisors! That's the goal of this biweekly 5 part series where we aim to equip supervisors with everything they need to know to take the mystery out of Workday, ease frustration, and provide the tools needed to ensure clear communication between you and your administrative staff. In this session we will review everything that a hiring manager needs to know to get an employee started; starting from recruitment, to the hire process, up to employee onboarding. We will highlight ways that supervisors can help expedite processing and help employees have a smooth start to their UNR employment.
