Course Description:
Save our Supervisors! That's the goal of this biweekly 5 part series where we aim to equip supervisors with everything they need to know to take the mystery out of Workday, ease frustration, and provide the tools needed to ensure clear communication between you and your administrative staff. In this session we will go over the employee types on campus, some key policies, and other HCM terminology that will help to provide a shared lexicon between supervisors and administrative to help streamline employment conversations.
