Course Description: The I-9 Authorized Representative training provides a complete overview of the I-9 process. All new Administrative Assistants are required to attend this training then pass the final quiz in Bridge to be authorized to initiate any hires in Workday. Any current Administrative Assistants that need a refresher on Form I-9 are encouraged to attend. This session will cover important information on the required Form I-9; how to work with employees on completing the I-9; all acceptable document types including those pertaining to common visa types; and overview of the Workday process and paper Form I-9. The Teams link will be emailed by instructor to those that are registered the business day before the session.
