Course Description:

This training will help supervisors appraise classified employees’ performance using the Classified Employee Performance review process, as required by NAC 284.470. We will walk through the elements of each required section and the Workday process for submitting the evaluations. Supervisors should have completed the corresponding mandatory supervisory training through the State of Nevada prior to the submission of any Classified Employee Performance Review.
