Course Description:
The purpose of this training is to provide supervisors with guidance on how to proactively coach their employees for success. Supervisors will be walked through how to address issues as they arise, how to document pertinent interactions with their employees, and how to prepare for these corrective conversations. Supervisors of both classified and faculty staff are encouraged to attend.
This is an interactive training and cameras do need to be on.
Training is limited to 20 attendees.
A Teams meeting invite will be sent, to registered attendees, at 12:00 pm the day prior to the scheduled training.
