Course Description: This training will include how to create a recruitment request; an overview of the rules and regulations that govern the classified process; how to access candidate application materials; review of the applicant tracking system and how to move candidates through the different stages; a review of the offer process in detail; and available resources to assist in the recruitment process. This training is required for Administrative Assistants and Managers. A Teams meeting invite with be sent, to registered attendees, at 5:00 pm the day prior to the scheduled training.
